Error description
When you update the context root prefix of a deployment environment by using the "BPMConfig -update -contextroot <prefix>" command, the Business Process Choreographer Ex URL prefixes that are in the Human Task Manager configuration are not updated. Therefore, the Failed Event Manager, which is one of the components that use these URL prefixes, creates incorrect links to show process instances.

Problem conclusion
Temporary fix
IS A WORKAROUND AVAILABLE? (Y/N) Yes. Complete the following steps: 1.Start the deployment manager. 2.In the administrative console, go to Servers > Clusters > WebSphere application server clusters and click the link to the application cluster of your deployment environment. 3.On the Configuration tab, click the Business Process Choreographer > Human Task Manager link in the Business Process Manager section. 4.On the Configuration tab of the Human Task Manager settings page, update the Administrator URL prefix and Process Explorer URL prefix settings. If one or both of the Escalation URL prefix or Task URL prefix settings are not empty, update those values, too. 5.Save your configuration changes and run node synchronization. 6.Restart the cluster members.
