Error description

• When element(s) of a promotion are changed in the PX_ELEMENTNVP
  table, the LASTUPDATEBY and LASTUPDATE fields in the
  PX_PROMOTION table do not get updated.

• USERS AFFECTED:
  All WebSphere Commerce V7 customers who have a need to audit
  promotion changes.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  LASTUPDATEBY and LASTUPDATE fields in the PX_PROMOTION table are
  not up to date
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Business are unable to audit changes made to promotions.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was modified to store the last update timestamp and the
  user id of the user who last modified the promotion in the
  PX_PROMOTION table.
