Error description

  • In IBM BPM V8.5.0.1, the archived toolkit view on the Process
    Center console displays snapshots that are not archived.  After
    a toolkit snapshot is created on the "Toolkit" tab, the newly
    created toolkit snapshot appears in both the "all" view and the
    "archived" view. After  a toolkit snapshot is archived, the
    archived snapshot is not shown in the "archived" view.

    In V8.5.0.1, APAR JR47871 was introduced to improve
    performance of the Process Center user interface. APAR JR47871
    removed a check for archived snapshots. As a result, all the
    toolkit snapshots are shown in the  ¢â‚¬ “archived ¢â‚¬  ½ toolk
    

Problem conclusion

  • The issue is resolved by applying a fix that restores the
    check for archived snapshots.
    
    The fix is available on Fix Central
    (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral) for 8501 & 8012. To get
    the fix, search at that location for JR49006. Then do the
    following steps:
    1. Select the product group, product, installed version, and
    platform, and click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49006, and click Continue.
    
    When downloading fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
