Error description

• When adding new drop-down elements to nested structure table in
  a coach view, the newly created items all change at once. That
  means when selecting another value for the drop-down-menu all
  other drop-down-menu values get changed at once and it is not
  possible to select different values for the different drop-down
  field.

Problem summary

• When the table coach view is bound to a list and that list is a
  property of a business object and the type of the element within
   the list is the BO itself (i.e. self- referencing), then the
  "add new row" of the table may not work since the new row does
  not have a template of what the row data should contain.
