APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the URL includes a langId (Language ID) parameter which is
  not a supported language for the store, the Business Context
  runtime will switch the language to the default language for the
  store. In this scenario, the locale used with resource bundles
  is still selected based off the langId in the URL, which may
  create an inconsistency, in that certain portions of the
  storefront will display in the default language for the store
  while others may display using the (invalid) language that was
  specified as parameter on the URL.

  Correct the locale when the langId used in the URL is not a
  supported language for the store

  When URLs are malformed, the storefront can display pages with
  an unsupported language

• The code was updated to ensure the locale is always selected
  based off the corrected langId.
