USERS AFFECTED: WC users on v7.0 who use the OrderShippingModeListDataBean to filter shipping method and calculation shipping charges for each shipping method in storefront. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: When 2 promotions are enabled, shipping charge displayed incorrectly in store for the 2 shipmodes. BUSINESS IMPACT: Affects prices of shipmodes displayed to customers. May lose revenue. RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
