    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Exposed BPDs and services that belong   *
    *                      to the tip snapshot contained in        *
    *                      archived tracks are returned by the     *
    *                      rest/bpm/wle/v1/exposed REST API, and   *
    *                      are displayed in the Process Portal.    *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The "rest/bpm/wle/v1/exposed" and
    "rest/bpm/wle/v1/exposed/service" REST APIs return items (BPDs
    and services) that have been explicitly exposed as startable.
    Any exposed items that belong to a tip snapshot within a
    track that has been archived will still be returned by the
    v1/exposed and v1/exposed/service REST APIs, even though the
    tip snapshot containing those items should be regarded as
    archived as well. The REST APIs correctly filter out exposed
    items from other named snapshots that have been archived, but
    items within a tip snapshot that has been archived are not
    being filtered out.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This APAR fixes the issue by explicitly filtering out exposed
    items that belong to a tip snapshot that belongs to an
    archived track or project.

    Continue.
