Error description

• When running BPMProfileUpgrade command and not specifying user
  and password either in the prompt during Installation Manager
  install or on the command line the password is not used properly
  for authentication with the primary administrative user.
  

Local fix

• Run BPMProfileUpgrade command with -user <username> -password
  <password> from the command line

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Upgrading the profile from WebSphere    *
  *                      Enterprise Service Bus V7.5.1.0 to      *
  *                      WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus        *
  *                      V7.5.1.1 fails on a custom node         *
  *                      because a SOAP connection to the        *
  *                      deployment manager cannot be            *
  *                      established.                            *
  *                      This issue occurs when the user name    *
  *                      and password are not received from      *
  *                      the credential prompt in the            *
  *                      migration tool and the tool tries to    *
  *                      get the user name and password from     *
  *                      the                                     *
  *                      <profile_name>/config/<cell_name>/secur *
  *                      ity.xml file for the connection.        *
  *                      However, the password in the            *
  *                      security.xml file is encrypted and      *
  *                      migration does not decode the           *
  *                      password before establishing a SOAP     *
  *                      connection.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  While upgrading a profile from WebSphere Enterprise Service
  Bus V7.5.1.0 to WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus V7.5.1.1, the
  SOAP connection to the deployment manager could not be
  established because of an error on the custom node.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available that decodes the password that is extracted
  from the security.xml file before establishing a SOAP
  connection.

  for JR48654:
  
  1. Select the product group, product, installed version, and
  platform, and click Continue.
  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR48654, and click Continue.
  
  When downloading fix packages, ensure that you also download
