Error description
When running BPMProfileUpgrade command and not specifying user and password either in the prompt during Installation Manager install or on the command line the password is not used properly for authentication with the primary administrative user.

Run BPMProfileUpgrade command with -user <username> -password <password> from the command line

Problem conclusion
A fix is available that decodes the password that is extracted from the security.xml file before establishing a SOAP connection. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR48654: 1. Select the product group, product, installed version, and platform, and click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR48654, and click Continue. When downloading fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix.
