Error description

• When an order is prepared for display, the
  OrderItemAdjustmentAccessBean.findByOrderItemAndCalculationUsage
  Id finder method is called for each order item and for each
  calculation usage, even when there are no order adjustments for
  an item.

   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   When there are many order items in an order, the performance
  can be improved by reducing the number of queries to the
  ORDIADJUST table.

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed to call the
  OrderItemAdjustment.findByOrderIdAndCalculationUsageId(java.lang
  .Long orderId, java.lang.Integer calculationUsageId) finder
  method to determine which order items have an order item
  adjustment.  This avoids unnecessary queries to the ORDIADJUST
  table when some order items have no order item adjustments.
