Local fix

Problem summary

  • Users working with the Document List coach view, using a
Sharepoint or Alfresco Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
server who wish to view/edit uploaded documents will not be able
to as the icons are disabled (gray) and a tooltip suggests that
cmis:objectId should be included in the ECM query. But, trying
to add this property using the content filters UI is not
    possible.

    AFFECTED EDITIONS:
IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Advanced, Standard and
    Express.

    PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
When creating a query in the content integration step, the
cmis:objectId select parameter is added automatically behind the
scenes by the code, as it is needed by the Document List coach
view, to support viewing/editing documents. Unfortunately, there
is a restriction in the code that requires the property
cmis:objectId to be queryable (ie. isQueryable() == true) before
adding it. In FileNet, it is the case that this cmis:objectId is
queryable but in Alfresco and Sharepoint, it is not, and as a
result, the cmis:objectId select parameter is not automatically
added. This requirement of isQueryable() == true is not correct
and not needed since it is fine for cmis:objectId to be in the
SELECT parameters of the ECM query regardless of its
    queryability.

    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The logic which restricted adding cmis:objectId to the select
parameters based on isQueryable will be removed from the code.
This will allow the document list to now contain the
    cmis:objectId property and function properly.

Fix is planned for delivery in next V8.0.1 cumulative
    maintenance deliverable.
