Error description

• When using the Role Bindings tab of the Process Admin Console to
  display the list of available Particpant Groups along with
  their user and subgroup children, a preload mechanism is
  executed ensuring that the members of participant group
  subgroups are loaded into a cache.
  
  This preloading can take a significant time for large groups
  and is not necessary, in case the subgroup member information
  is never used. Preloading can be avoided by postponing cache
  loads to the point in time when group members are accessed.

  groups and is not necessary, in case the subgroup member
  information is never used. Preloading can be avoided by
  postponing cache loads to the point in time when group members
  are accessed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Cache preloading was turned off. Group member access determines
  the time at which group members are loaded into the cache.
