 Websphere Commerce V7 users who upload assets through the CMC
Assets tool and rely on the ScheduledContentManagedFileEARUpdate
job to propagate the assets to the Websphere Commerce EAR or web
server

 PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
 ScheduledContentManagedFileEARUpdate job does not upload assets
consistently to the EAR or web server

 BUSINESS IMPACT:
 Users need to perform time consuming task of moving files
manually
