  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Site Map job causes EAR updates that may not be desired and need
  it to be configurable.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  SitemapGenerate causes undesired EAR updates and deployments.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The SitemapGenerate command was enhanced to accept a new
  parameter called updateEAR. The updateEAR parameters allows the
  caller to specify if it is required to upload the generated
  sitemap file(s) for the store(s) into the WebSphere Commerce
  EAR. The updateEAR parameter can be set to true or false. The
  default value for this parameter is true in order to maintain
  its original behavior.
