    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In Process Portal, on an iPad, an       *
    *                      increase in the size of the coach       *
    *                      (such as triggered by a change to the   *
    *                      coach contents) results in some areas   *
    *                      of the coach becoming inaccessible.     *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The iFrame in which a coach is displayed is initially sized
    correctly for the coach, but does not automatically change in
    size when the size of the coach changes, resulting in the
    coach not being correctly displayed thereafter.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Implementing a timer to watch for coach size changes and
    resizing the containing iFrame as needed resolves the issue.
    
    An interim fix for Business Process Manager Version 8.0.1.1 has
    been published to Fix Central.  Please refer to the separate
    file that is automatically downloaded with the interim fix
    for prerequisite information and installation/uninstallation
    instructions.
