Local fix
Problem summary
Using document list, a rest call that can be very expensive (time-consuming) impacts perfomormance, when there is a large list of users. USER AFFECTED: Business Process Manager users who are working with document list with Enterprise Content Managment servers PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION: When using document list, a rest call is made to retrieve a mapping of user ids to user names, to use for resolving the modified by column in the list. This call can be very expensive (time-consuming) when there exists a large list of users. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: To fix this problem, we need to only run the rest call in cases where the IBM Buseinss Process Management Document store is used. It is not necessary to be run when using an external Enterprise Content Management server. Additionally, the complexity of the call will be minimized to reduce the time it needs to complete. FIX AVAILABILITY: Planned for next release for 8.5.
