Error description

• The idresgen utility may not output some records to the output
  file if:
  - A record in the input file resolves to a Primary Key that
  already exists in the database table
  - Non-Primary Key values in the input file are different from
  the values stored in the database table
  
  The utility may also overlook some Foreign Key relationships
  defined in the REFKEYS table if any of the following are true:
  - A child table links to a parent table through more than one
  column
  - A child table has more than one relationship

  WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who are attempting to resolve
  identifiers which may already have existing Primary Keys in the
  database
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  The idresgen utility does not output records with existing
  Primary Keys or fails to consider some Foreign Keys
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Not all data may be updated as expected

Problem conclusion

• Changed comparison to consider entire record values to determine
   whether resolved record with existing Primary Key is a
  duplicate.   Also corrected oversight of multiple or
  multi-column Foreign Key constraints defined in the REFKEYS
  table
