• When running the REST API startTask using the task
  id, the response returned is missing the step name

  During runtime REST API does not search recursively through
  sub-processes to look-up the step which the current process is
  at.  Therefore, the step name is not returned in the response.
  The issue can be reproduced by utilizing the REST API -> Start
  Task API.
  This issue is not reproducible in v8.0.1.0 and up.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to recursively look inside current
  process for the step details and produce the proper response
  which includes the step name.  A similar fix, JR46419 also
  resolves a step name issue but is specific to the Resume
  Service API.  Customers should apply both JR46419 and JR47991
  to resolve the step name issue for both APIs.
