Error description

  • When completing a task from a Task List control in a Human
    Service which is started outside of the Process Portal, e.g.
    playback in Process Designer, the task list may not show the
    correct information. The page is reloaded and may show
    inaccurate information because the task search index has not yet
    been updated.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When completing a task from a Task      *

    *                      Designer, the task list may not show    *
    *                      the correct information. The page is    *
    *                      reloaded and may show inaccurate        *
    *                      information because the task search     *
    *                      index has not yet been updated.         *

    The Task List control is not properly updated upon task
    completion for Human Service started outside of Process
    Portal because page reload may occur without the task
    search index having been updated.
    This problem will be fixed in a future release.
