  • After the upgrade from BPM 7.5.1.0 to 7.5.1.1 the virtual host
    mapping of the Rest Services Gateway Dmgr application has
    changed from admin_host to default_host. Because of this change
    problems occur in module browser widget for Business Space.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Some Business Space widgets do not      *
    *                      work, as indicated by a REST            *
    *                      service-related error, because the      *
    *                      virtual host of the REST Service        *
    *                      Gateway Dmgr application was updated    *
    *                      to a wrong value during the upgrade     *
    *                      process. It should be mapped to         *
    *                      admin_host but was mapped to            *
    *                      default_host.                           *

    After upgrading from IBM BPM V7.5.1 to IBM BPM V7.5.1.1, the
    virtual host of the REST Service Gateway Dmgr (deployment
    manager) application is not correct.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix for IBM BPM V7.5.1 is available that keeps the source
    setting of the virtual host REST Service Gateway Dmgr
    application the same during the upgrade process.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR47849. After you select the product group, product,
    installed version, and platform, click Continue and then
    select APAR or SPR, enter JR47849, and click Continue. When
    downloading fix packages, ensure that you also download the
    readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
