Error description
When multiple tags are used, the names of artifacts in the library item list (Business Process Definitions, Services, Teams) can be truncated in the display. When the names follow a similar pattern (particularly in the prefix), this can result in a usability issue as it is not possible to differentiate between these artifacts at a glance.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users of process applications with many * * artifacts following a similar naming * * pattern may be affected, especially if the * * artifacts have several tags. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In BPM V8.5, a feature was introduced * * whereby tags would be displayed in * * the library item list even for * * artifacts with long names. * * Previously, tags for artifacts with * * long names were only visible in the * * hover-over tooltip. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended to avoid having several * * artifacts with a similar prefix, * * particularly if the artifact names are * * long, because it is difficult to * * differntiate them visually in the library * * item list. It may make more sense to * * organize related process definitions in a * * single process application. * **************************************************************** A new feature was introduced in V8.5 to force tags to be displayed beside artifacts (such as Business Process Definitions, Services, and Teams) in the Process Designer library item list. If the artifact names are lengthy, the label may be truncated, making it difficult to distinguish between artifacts with similar prefixes and tags. At a glance, all artifacts may appear to have the same name, which results in a usability issue.
