Problem summary

• When the project contains a process instance migration
  specification the delta between source and target resources
  will be calculated during build. In case not all resources are
  loaded this can lead to an exception like the above.
  
  PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
  When migrating a project to IBM Integration Developer 8.5
  containing BPEL processes this can fail when building the
  project with an exception similar to this:

Problem conclusion

• With this interim fix it should be possible to migrate a project
  to IBM Integration Developer 8.5 without problems when building
  the project.
