  • Steps for reproduction:
1. Configure the following.
 ProcessApp: Web File Test App
 Toolkit: Web File Test Toolkit.
2. Added the following web file to the Web File Test Toolkit.
myWebFile.html
3. Set dependency from the Web File Test App to the Web File
Test Toolkit.
4. Make a human service in the Web File Test App. Configure
reference setting myWebFile.html as CustomHTML on the Web File
Test Toolkit.
  Error message "Can not solve reference elements." is displayed
after setting of Web file reference setting on Toolkit about
Process App.
