APAR status

Error description

  • When binding of datetime variable to coach control. (DatePicker,
    Output Text), the milliseconds of the input are lost during the
    coach processing

Problem summary

  • Milliseconds information in a Date variable is lost between
    coaches.
    
    USER AFFECTED:
    Business Process Manager Advanced, Standard and Express
    
    PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
    Both Dojo widgets, and BPM, were not designed to hold the
    milliseconds information, so no prevention was possible.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This fix makes sure that the milliseconds are not ignored when
    the date value is transformed from one representation to
    another.
    
    FIX AVAILABILITY:
    A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.0. The fix for this APAR
    on
    8.0.1.0 has been superseded and included in cumulative fix
    for JR47156.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR47156:
    
        1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
    from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
        2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR47156, and click Continue.
    
    A fix is also available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.1. The fix for this
    APAR on 8.0.1.1 has been superseded and included in cumulative
    fix
    for JR47225 . To obtain, following the instruction above,
    substituting
    the APAR id with JR47225.
    
    A complimentary server side fix has been delivered with fix for
    JR47062. To realize the fix both parts are required.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
