Error description
For a Chinese BPM environment, if you create a Decision service and add a BAL Rule to it, when you try to edit the BAL rule on "Decisions" tab, you can not input Chinese in BAL Rule correctly because everytime when you input a word, the cursor will move to the beginning of the line and the word will be put at the begining of the line. For example: The existing sentence: "If aaaa, then bbbb" expected input: "If aaa, then bbbb ##" actual result: "##If aaa, then bbbb"
