Error description
The document list coach view upload dialog can be cut off from the browser viewport when using a low resolution
Local fix
Problem summary
When trying to upload a file using the document list on a low-resolution monitor, the dialog expands to be larger than the browser viewport, preventing the user from being able to hit ok/cancel USER AFFECTED: User who is using document list to create files on a low-resolution monitor (<720 vertical lines) PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION: The fieldset for the document properties was set to grow in size up to 400 pixels before scrolling. Thus a document with 9 or more properties would expand to be larger than the browser viewport when the screen has a low resolution.
Problem conclusion
The problem was fixed by adding code to take into account the size of the browser viewport. As a result, the fieldset will not grow large enough to prevent user interaction.
