Error description

• Adding to and displaying a shopcart causes the TERMCOND table to
  be queried several times.  These queries can be cached to
  improve performance.

Problem conclusion

• This iFix provides additional caching of database query results
  for the TERMCOND database table in the DistributedMap object
  caches with the following JNDI names:
  
   services/cache/WCUserDistributedMapCache
   services/cache/WCContractDistributedMapCache
  
   These object caches should be defined in the
  Stores.war/WEB-INF/classes/cacheinstances.properties file.  For
