JR47051: CMVC 229073 - SEOURLLoaderMain (invoked by seourlkeywordgen) does not return an explicit exit code

Error description

• The seourlkeywordgen utility invokes the
  com.ibm.commerce.seo.loader.SEOURLLoaderMain class.
   This class does not return any exit code explicitly, hence the
  Java process will always return the default code of 0.

   WebSphere Commerce users on v7 FEP3+ leveraging SEO and scripts
  to run the seourlkeywordgen
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   SEOURLLoaderMain (invoked by seourlkeywordgen) does not return
  an explicit exit code
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   Low - Incorrect (default) error code is returned

Problem conclusion

• Added System.exit(returnCode) where returnCode will be 0 or 1
  based on the condition(s) the utility finishes in.
