detection and "keep alive" statements

Problem conclusion

  • Code fix to modify the ABAP code generator. The
updated code generator will add additional exception handling
and keep alive code to the generated ABAP programs.
The fix affects both data transfer methods (qRFC and tRFC) and
query generation methods (SQL Query and Extraction Object).
