Error description
When using Unicode characters in your business processes and the operating system locale does not support Unicode, UCA input/output parameters may be corrupted. When scheduling an UCA, the parameters are stored in the database after converting to a byte array using the system's default encoding. This conversion may corrupt the parameters when containing characters the system's default encoding does not support.

This conversion may corrupt the parameters when containing characters the system's default encoding does not support.
Problem conclusion
The fix uses UTF-8 encoding to solve the problem. For running instances the problem might occur further.
