Error description

• Procedures/Steps to reproduce problem:
  
  1) Create "Free gift with an Order" promotion. (where order
  qualifies for the free gift when promotion is over xx$, and once
  qualified customers can select their free gift)
  2) Go to shopping cart --> Click "Select your free gift" -->
  select choice of free gift.
  3) Check out as a guest user
  4) Fill in the Billing and shipping details (select check box to
  have billing and shipping address same)
  5) On billing and shipping page select "Multiple Shipments"
  6)  Click Edit Address  or Create Address, to change/create
  accordingly for the free gift item. Note: if creating address,
  do not check the "Shipping and Billing" checkbox in the create
  address form.
  
  Observed Results: At "Submit" of address change request,  finder
  exception occurs.
  Expected Results:  Customer should be able to change address
  without any errors.
  This fix is to Finder
  exception which occcurs while changing the
   address of freegift item (GWP promotion) during checkout flow

  and WebSphere Commerce starter stores
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  Finder exception occurs while changing the address details of a
  free gift item during the checkout flow
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  Shopper will not be able to change address of free gift item
  during the checkout flow under certain conditions.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified logic on AddressHelper.js,
  ShippingAndBillingServicesDeclaration.js, and
  ShopcartAddressFormDisplay.jsp to handle above scenario.
