Error description

  • When uninstalling an enterprise application containing business
    processes a

Local fix

  • No workaround
    

Problem summary

  • When the enterprise application will be uninstalled, all
    template artifacts that belong to the enterprise application
    will be removed from internal caches.
    This cleanup fails with the exception above and leads to a
    failure of the uninstall.
    

Problem conclusion

  • With this interim fix the cache is fixed so that the exception
    does not occur any longer and the uninstall does not fail
    because of this exception.
