APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a site has multiple languages configured, the Descriptive
  Attributes section for a product that is missing a value for one
   of those languages might not display when the user's language
  is one that is missing the value.
  

Local fix

• Switch the language to one where all values are provided, then
  log out of Management Center.
  
   Log back into Management Center. Switch the Management Center
  preferences to display that language and the problem one to see
  which ones are missing.
  

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
   Users with multiple-language stores and missing values for
  descriptive attributes for some languages.  Typically the values
  have been loaded through a utility such as Dataload.
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   In a multiple language store, a null value for a descriptive
  attribute in one language will prevent other attributes from
  displaying in Management Center.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed code in
  SerializeCatalogEntryAttributeDictionaryAttributeReference.jspf
  to provide better handling for null (i.e. missing) attribute
  values.
