Error description

  • When retrieving task details via REST API , the
    startTime and activationTime is returned with the same value.
    These
    values should not be the same

    *                      and activationTime fields.              *

    When retrieving task details via REST API, the data for the
    fields startTime and activationTime are identical. However,
    these timestamps should be independent of each other as
    activationTime is the time at which the task was created and
    startTime is the time the task was started.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Code changes have been made to query the proper timestamps
    from the task details. An interim fix is available on
    v8.0.1.1. The changes will also be integrated into the next
    fix pack.
