JR46762: NOTES IN BPD MAY NOT DISPLAY ALL LINES OF TEXT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In a BPD, when a Note which contains multiple lines is used,
  if the size of the Note box is less than the width of the first
  line,
  then only the beginning of the first line is displayed.
  

Local fix

• Make sure Note box is wide enough to display the first line of
  text.
  

Problem summary

• Resizing of a Note does not work as expected. Lines can be
  cutoff.
  
  USER AFFECTED:
  Business Process Manager Advanced, Standard and Express Process
  Designer, Process Portal, Process Documentation users.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem was fixed in 8.5. Solution was to backport the fixes.
