Error description

• When using the ChangePriceList service to update multiple price
  entries for different price lists in a single request, both
  prices are added to the first price list only.
  
   Here is a sample response message (note the price list
  identifiers are the same which is incorrect)

• Submit a separate subsequent ChangePriceList request to update
  the additional price entries.

• With this fix, the PriceList service is updated to support
  updating multiple price entries for different price lists in a
