  • /exposed REST API was the one taking the longest time and
    causing process portal degradation.

    Loading of Process Portal takes a long time because there are
    a lot of exposed items in the database causing excessive
    database lookups to resolve snapshot and branch information.
    

Problem conclusion

  • To address the issue, when compiling the list of exposed items
    during the execution of the /exposed REST API, the code now
    avoids repeatedly looking up the same snapshots and branches
    in the database by using caching.
    
    Fix is available on FixCentral.
    
    Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
    on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
    in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
    package as a separate download.
