Error description

• ShopcartDrivenAgendaBuilder issues a query with multiple
  catentry ids, and another query with multiple category ids.  The
   ids represent
   what is currently in the shopcart.  Because there are multiple
  ids in each query, the cache hit ratio will be low.

Problem conclusion

• The cache hit ratio can be improved by caching separate cache
  entries for each catentry or category id.
  
   The ShopcartDrivenAgendaBuilder class is modified to use the
  data cache to cache SQL query results in the following logical
  data caches, which by default use the object caches with the
  JNDI names specified in parentheses.
