  SQL state [99999]; error code [17059]; Fail to convert to
  internal representation; nested exception is
  java.sql.SQLException: Fail to convert to internal represntation
  The error is not recoverable.

  The database interaction used is not supported by Oracle.
  
  The fix addresses both problems as follows:
  
  The fix changes database interaction such that Oracle supports
  it.
