User can only open existing applications using Process Designer. A NullPointerException (NPE) is returned when attempting to create a new process application. The root cause is incomplete runtime library loaded causing the java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.ibm.bpm.fds.client.DeployConstants and subsequently the NPE.
Problem conclusion
The iFix loads the appropriate runtime libraries when bootstraping. Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix package as a separate download.
