APAR status

  • Closed as suggestion for future release.

Error description

  • CDC will process the DELETE in the order recorded on the log.
When running DELETE, the DELETE for the parent gets recorded
first, and therefore, CDC will replicate this DELETE first and
    it getting the error.

Therefore, if the order of DELETEs in the log does not respect
the child - parent relationship, then CDC has not way of
    handling it.

Local fix

  • The only real solution in the short to medium term is to disable
    referential integrity.
