Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  
   - Enable search statistics
   - Search for a keyword that gives 0 search results but provides
  some suggested matches e.g.
   Search for 'socks' returns 0 matches but returns "Did you mean:
  'sofas', 'sous' ..."
   The results are displayed for the keyword 'sofas' and we see 9
  matches
   - Check the generated search statistics in the SRCHSTAT table:
   Observed results:
   KEYWORD: 'socks'
   SEARCHCOUNT: 0
   SUGGESTIONCOUNT: 0
   SUGGESTION: 'sofas, sous, books, looks, rocky'
  
   Expected results:
   SUGGESTIONCOUNT: 9
   as there are 9 search results displayed for the top suggestion

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED:
   WebSphere Commerce v7 users who are using Solr search with
  statistics enabled
  
   PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
   SUGGESTIONCOUNT is not populated in SRCHSTAT table
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   Business users will be unable to collect statistics on the
  number of matches for suggested search results
  
   RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. After updating suggestioncount in the navigation view
  mediator, if it reached the cache number, code will insert
  records.
   2. Only inserts search count which is not zero or search count
  which is zero but suggestion is null into SRCHSTAT table when
  the cache number is reached.
