Error description

  • The following technote describes a problem where lock timeouts
can occur when sending tracking definitions or transferring
data to the Performance Data Warehouse database:

    http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21613755

The solution described in the technote entails a set of
configuration changes that must be applied to these WebSphere
Application Server resources (created when a Business Process
    Manager profile is created):

    Activation specifications:
    - DataDefLoaderActivationSpec
    - RepresentationManagerActivationSpec

    Bus destinations:
    - DataDefLoaderQueueDestination....
    - RepresentationManagerQueueDestination...

The technote also states that "These configuration changes are
made, by default, in IBM Business Process Manager Version
8.0.1." When an existing Business Profile Manager profile is
upgraded as part of upgrading Business Process Manager from
Version 8.0 to Version 8.0.1 (via Business Process Manager
V8.0 Refresh Pack 1) or Version 8.0.1.1 (via Business Process
Manager V8.0.1 Fix Pack 1), however, the configuration
    changes are not applied.

The profile upgrade scripts for Business Process Manager
Version 8.0.1 do not contain code to automatically apply the
configuration changes described in the technote
    (http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?
    uid=swg21613755) to an existing profile.
This issue will be resolved in a future maintenance release of
    Business Process Manager Version 8.0.1.
