Error description

• Currently the CleanSEOURL command covers 2 scenarios:
  
  1) Delete redirects and its corresponding seourl/seourlkeyword
  entries that have passed the 60 days unused period
  
  2) Delete seourl/seourlkeyword entries for catentries/categories
  that are markedfordelete.
  
  This apar will allow the CleanSEOURL command  to remove entries
  from the SEOURLKEYWORD table based on the status field

  This apar allows the CleanSEOURLs job to remove entries in the

  Unable to re-use inactive SEOURLKEYWORDS

Problem conclusion

• A new "cleanInactiveExpiredKeywords=true" parameter is accepted
  by the CleanSEOURLs scheduler job, if passed true then the
  command will delete all the SEOURL/SEOURLKEYWORD/SEOREDIRECT
  entries that have the url keyword in inactive or expired status
  (i.e status=0 or status=2).
