Error description

• Cannot find the human service in the toolkit, however if the
  same human service is in the process application then it works
  fine. Resolving process App's toolkit dependencies so that the
  AjaxService is found regardless of where it is called from.

  Having a service not in a toolkit but within the process
  application it self avoids lookup failure. However, AJAX
  service lookup fails if the service is in a toolkit due to
  service not resolving dependencies.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code added that resolve a process Application's toolkit
  dependencies so that the Ajax Service is found regardless of
  where it is called from.
  
  Fix is available on FixCentral.
  
  Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt
  on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
  in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
  package as a separate download.
