Error description
Per our investigation it was determined the issue is in Coach server side codegen. The wrong snapshot ID was being used unless the service was edited - thereby forcing it to be the lastest version in tip. Otherwise - a stale version was used.

Problem summary
The wrong environment variable was being read due to wrong versioning context. USER AFFECTED: Business Process Manager Advanced, Standard and Express. PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION: The wrong versioning context was being used to retrieve the service, hence, the env variable retrieved was not accurate.
Problem conclusion
The 8.0.1 fix is availabe on Fix Central, http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/ . Search for JR46079. The 8.5 fix is available in 8.5 release. When downloading interim fixes, ensure that the complimentary readme is obtained and reviewed.
