Error description
Coach behavior is inconsistent in terms of variables being initialized or not. It looks like the behavior changes when coach contains a combo box. When a combo box is present in the coach variables are initialized to empty object without any input from user but the same varibles remain uninitialized when there is no combobox.
Local fix
NA
Problem summary
Complex variables in a human service are initialized after a heritage coach executes, even though they are not modifed by the coach. USER AFFECTED: Business Process Manager Advanced, Standard and Express. PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION: The coach framework requires that all variables that are referenced by the coach are initialized. If the service does not initialize the variables, then the caoch framework will do this. This may be an issue if the service level code is expecting variables to remain undefined.
Problem conclusion
This behaviour will be documented in the next 7.5.1 Information Center refresh. WORKAROUND: Ensure that service level code does not require variables to be left in an undefined state if they are referenced by a coach.
