Error description

• On the Account page, the following customer segment conditions
  check the rule defined in the customer segment against the
  attributes associated to the active organization to which the
  customer belongs:
  - Account size
  - Account geographical location
  - Account country or region of operation
  - Account industry
  - Account business
  Attributes are associated to an organization in the MBRATTRVAL
  database table. If the attributes are created with a STOREENT_ID
  value of NULL, then the Customer Segment code can find the
  attributes and it correctly compares the values to the segment
  definition. If the attributes are created with a specific
  STOREENT_ID, then the Customer Segment code cannot find the
  attributes, and the segment evaluation does not work.
  

Local fix

• Update the MBRATTRVAL records and set STOREENT_ID to NULL for
  organization account attributes

Problem conclusion

• The Customer Segment evaluation code was enhanced to first find
  organization attributes based on the current store ID. If no
  data is found, then the code finds the organization attributes
  not associated with any specific store.
