Error description

  • Updates in the TIP for a given process application
immediately affect existing snapshots. Existing snapshots should
not be affected at all and the changes should only affect future
    snapshots.
We created a new track (For the development of the second
stage) and kept the original track for bug fixes of the
development from the first stage. This was with the aim of
implementing the artifacts related with the second stage of the
development without affecting the artifacts developed in the
first stage and have the capability of implementing
fixes found by our QA internal team.
We experience the following problem with this scenario
(two tracks over one Process App).
When editing on the track of development we are seeing that the
QA track is being affected by changes in the Coach View
    components in the development track.
    .
For example if we add an image in a Coach View in the 2nd stage
track, that change is also reflected when running an
instance in the 1st stage track. Moreover, in some cases these
modifications cause instances in the 1st stage track to fail.

    PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
The issue here surrounds versioningContexts. In cases where
multiple toolkits/snapshots are in play, a process application
may not always resolve to the proper version of it's dependency.
i.e. It may resolve to the one in tip.
