• Merchandising association product recommendations in an
  e-Marketing Spot should display in the ascending sequence order
  defined in the  Catalogs tool Merchandising Association page,
  but that order is not being respected.

• The marketing merchandising association code was fixed to look
  at the ascending order of the MASSOCCECE.RANK column when
  finding merchandising associations.
