Error description

• The RMAAUTHLOG table is not populated after the RMA is manually
  approved. Therefore, there would be records missing in the
  RMAAUTHLOG table.

• USERS AFFECTED:
  WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 who use the RMA.
  
  PROBLEM ABSTRACT:
  RMAAUTHLOG table is not populated after the RMA is manually
  approved.
  
  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  The WebSphere Commerce users will not be able to leverage the
  RMAAUTHLOG to track the manually RMA approval time.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is changed to insert one record into the RMAAUTHLOG
  once the RMA is manually approved.
